WARRANTY
We ensure that all of our items are of the highest quality. In order to back up that claim, we provide a two year 730 day warranty on all of our carbon products.
Failures of our products in any way is extremely rare, but in the rare issues they will be classified as follows.
Class 1 - A carbon crack or other functional issues develops that was clearly not caused by any impact or misuse. In case of this, the item will be fully replaced and shipping covered.
Class 2 - If the carbon issue is epoxy superficial, or a small fracture that is not central or load-bearing, a simple and easy repair kit will be recommended as this is ideal than to the wait of a full replacement.
Class 3 - if the item has an issue but it cannot be fully determined if it was not damaged, misused, or caused by user error, then the item will be replaced for free but the cost of shipping will be incurred.
Class 4 - If the item is damaged through user error, parts used in an unintended way, or a crash/impact to the item, OR if the item has problems after the warranty has expired, the item can be replaced at factory wholesale cost. Unintended use includes big jumps/drops beyond a frames recommendations, or wheel usage beyond the rim recommendation.
For items that we sell in build kits, that are not our carbon products, or other branded hubs, the customer will have to apply for warranty directly to the original manufacturer... For example... Shimano, RockShox, Maxxis, DT Swiss, etc.
